Quality Control Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Executive to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on QC experience, and a commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.

  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Identify defects, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Maintain accurate QC documentation, reports, and test records.

  • Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company SOPs.

  • Assist in continuous improvement and quality enhancement activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Quality Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.

  • Strong knowledge of QC tools, testing procedures, and documentation.

  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in ISO, GMP, or HACCP environments (as applicable).

  • Working knowledge of quality management systems and audits.
