Your Nutritional Needs

My goal is to enhance overall wellness, weight loss or sports performance through fueling your body with great nutrition. Lean proteins like beans, fish, chicken, lots of veggies and good fruit will fuel your body with optimum results. Plentiful water is also crucial to good overall health. I recommend half your weight in ounces of water, in example 150 pound person should consume 75 ounces of water daily.

On occasion a person needs help to jump start a weight loss program or to enhance their fitness goals. I recommend Advocare products for a cleanse, performance supplements or overall wellness like probiotics, Omega 3, etc.

Khrystal's Personal Training

A personal trainer is a lifestyle manager, consultant and coach that works with an individual on a one to one basis to help improve their health and wellness through education, motivation, exercise, diet and behavior modification. I will be your fitness and health manager.

My Mission is to help people get stronger through exercise and better nutrition! I believe God gave us one body and we need to take care of it.

I have a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education and a minor in business administration. I am a certified personal trainer through two different organizations: Exercise Safety Association and the prestigious National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2015 I received another certification, Health Coach from the American Council of Exercise. All three organizations require me to take tests, read periodicals, and on occasion attend sports symposiums. It is also required for me to stay current on CPR, First Aid and AED certifications. I have been to Boston, St. Louis and Florida for training.

"I believe in setting goals! I ran my first marathon in 1996 with a Personal Record of 3 hours and 50 minutes. At the age of 50 I was determined to do another one and this time had a client Debbie, that also wanted to train for one. The only injury was mine, when I broke a toe five weeks out. We completed the marathon and even had a Personal Record for us. The last marathon I ran was in 2017, the OKC Memorial Marathon. I trained client Tammy and my wonderful husband Chris in the marathon as well. Thankfully, we all three completed the marathon. We all worked very hard to achieve our goals. Sometimes there is a little pain in meeting our goals but in the end, it is always worth it!
