Private Sessions
Your private personal training sessions may include a Stability Ball, free weights, BOSU ball, resistant bands, Kettlebells or good basic bootcamp body weight exercises. Joining me for a session will always be fun and challenging. I will always listen to you and will make modifications whenever necessary. I am known for making sessions new and creative. I will strive to make you comfortable in performing many different exercises.
