Take full advantage of my men’s fitness program. You and I will choose from a variety of workouts. I frequently use TRX (Total Resistance Exercise), Kettlebells, dumbbells, loop bands, exercise stability balls, Bosu and balance trainers. My favorite are body weight exercises such as squats, lunges, push ups, chin ups and plyometrics to challenge you! My workouts are designed to help you:
- Get stronger
- Increase your energy
- Lose weight and help you with good nutritional choices
- Reduce joint or muscle pain
- Gain flexibility in your spine
